The Great Ocean Road and a Walk in the Tree Tops -- Days 2 & 3

The Otway Fly Treetop Walk
A 600 meter walk 25 meters above the forest floor

So glad that this strip of rain forest in a gulley has been preserved

300 year old tree
Pretty tall
A sunny spot on the pier...
...in Lorne
One of the many beautiful sights along the Great Ocean Drive
One of our stops at the Grey River Reserve
We spotted Koalas in the treetops
And loads of parrots eager for a handout

A walk through a rain forest near Apollo Bay I believe...
It had a surreal look to it...
...almost like a set from a Disney movie

Very cool boardwalk
And interesting places to poke into

A view from the Great Ocean Road
And we spotted a Enchidna along the way

We spend a night at a hostel in Port Campbell
Then continued our drive on the Great Ocean Road
Stopping at the Bay of Martyrs, London Bridge (fallen down), and other sights

Hello, David!

The Twelve Apostles (though we counted maybe nine still standing)
Very beautiful and majestic
especially from the beach

We finally remembered to take a picture of one of our meals -- we had some fantastic ones along the way!  This was at a little shop in the Otway forest
